Note: This role is for our internal sales team as we scale to support more clients.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven, experienced high-ticket sales representative to join our growing internal sales team. This is a remote, full-cycle sales role where you’ll be selling a proven, high-demand solution to business owners looking to solve real pain in their sales hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running phone and video-based discovery calls to understand client needs

- Delivering presentations using our structured sales process

- Closing $15K–$20K+ deals with small-to-mid-sized business owners and executives

- Managing your CRM pipeline and follow-up tasks with accuracy

- Partnering with client success, coaching, and onboarding teams post-sale

Compensation & Incentives

- $150,000–$200,000+ OTE

- $10,000 in additional incentives for hitting initial onboarding benchmarks

- Clear, performance-based path to sales leadership roles

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in high-ticket or consultative sales

- Proven track record of consistently closing and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and presentation skills (phone and video)

- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and full-time availability (40–50 hrs/week)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling to SMB or founder-led organizations

- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

- Experience in recruiting, training, or managing sales reps
